The cottage was so beautiful and peaceful with stunning surroundings and plenty to do. It was wonderful to have the two fireplaces and the BBQ facilities. Spending our evenings in the sitting room with the fire on was very special for the whole family. Also, having the bath and enough hot water for the family was very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. upstairs the sitting room was cosy and comfortable with a lovely settee. The accommodation was set within the peaceful grounds close to the main house which afforded privacy and seclusion. We will return and thank you Carole and Chris for being perfect hosts.

We had a lovely long weekend stay at Damsel lodge. David and Emily were very helpful and accommodating. The test valley is a beautiful destination and our walk through Wherwell wood was stunning, with all the bluebells in bloom. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks again to the hosts for everything.

Another lovely stay at this peaceful, clean and cosy place! Marcus and Susan are great hosts, very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished with interesting reading, comfortable furniture and a full kitchen.
