Good place to stay and it’s nice and cool at night

Thank you very much Emily for taking every request on time, the stay has been comforting and quiet, it is 100% recommended to spend some time in the apartment and better if it is with family, the place is close to several nice places, the mobility and security is what is expected, we hope to return soon.

Excellent place to spend a few days on the beach, the apartment has everything I needed, the air conditioning in the rooms was a tremendous plus. We were greeted with a wine and a welcome sign. Liked the detail! The pristine rooms, the well equipped kitchen. It is a 15-minute walk to playa negra, which I really liked as well. If I go back to Punta bella, I will definitely take the house as an option☺️🫶🏽.

I had a great experience in Hugo's apartment. The place is just as described: comfortable, clean and with an amazing view. Communication with him was quick and friendly at all times which made my stay even more enjoyable. Nice stay to go with the family, the apt has everything you need, the Miramar complex is beautiful, the pools and the social area is excellent and clean. We're actually going back. Omar is very responsible and the communication was excellent from the start. Likewise the staff of Miramar very friendly, especially Fernando who helps at all times. Excellent! Superb view, great location, very clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. From the date we came there was a little cold in the evenings, but good weather in general. There is plenty of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and utensils to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping is solved. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The good grill, we brought our own charcoal but had to use, I would recommend carrying lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to move to the boulevard of Asia easily, but in any case if there are Ubers who accept the trip,

Cute and spacious house just steps from the beach entrance. My family and I had a great weekend. Madeleine was very kind, she allowed us to stay until after check-out established by a problem we had with our mobility. We would definitely like to come back!

I would like to express my gratitude for all the work Andrea put into my stay. The location is not that close to the city but that is the reason why we chose it! You can really get away and relax/ enjoy the ocean and many other activities. Extremely secured place. Andrea description and pictures are accurate, she was really really helpful and quick with answering any questions we had. The family had a blast and hope all that choose her place do respect the rules and the place itself. Will be returning! Thank you again Andrea and best of wishes!

Excellent place to stay and very well equipped (they left us even beach implements). Good location: Close to the beach and a 15-minute walk from downtown. It's in a very safe condominium with great common areas. We enjoyed the large pool but there is also barbecue, gym, sauna. It has a direct exit to the seawall and the beach. The entrance was very easy, Monica waited for us to give us the key and the instructions. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is beautiful and friendly when traveling with a baby!

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Nice place, perfect area, parking with size acceptable for suv 3 roas, clean accommodation. I would go again, recommended.
