The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

It is a rustic cabin, Tiny house type, sustainable for 2 people. VERY IMPORTANT: It has no TV, it has a small refrigerator, hairdryer, it has a wood-burning stove and air conditioning cold heat. It has a hot tub at an extra cost of $40,000 pesos. Surrounded by native trees, it was built trying to maintain balance with the surroundings. There is an outdoor stove. The town of Río Puelo is 1.5 kilometers away, and the Termas del Sol hot springs are 3 kilometers away

Just a 10 minute drive to Punta de Lobos and 20 minutes to Pichilemu centre. Wood is provided at the property for you to heat up the Hot Tub and enjoy free of charge. We also provide the service to heat it up for you at an additional fee. Starlink WIFI
