Apartment holiday rentals in Chillicothe

We spend a weekend in Chillicothe about once every 12 to 18 months and prefer to stay close to Paint and Water Streets. We found Seth's place (The Study) and booked it based on location (very walkable, amenities, comfort, and price) - it hit all the marks when looking at Airbnb rentals. When we checked in, the instructions were very clear and covered all of the basics plus some beneficial nuances. The place matched the description and photos, and was well appointed for relaxing, sleeping, etc. It was a 5 out of 5 for us and we will definitely look for a vacancy at Seth's place (The Study) again, or one of his other listings. Seth was very communicative and proactive, and sought feedback following our stay. Great host!

We had problems with the WiFi and Hanna and her husband came over at 11 pm and fixed the problem! They are good people! I'll stay there again!

This Airbnb was very well kept and extremely clean. It was in a great location for circleville. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. They had everything you could need while traveling. You can tell the thoughts and care that they’ve put into this place. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great visit Michael.

It's a bargain, 30 minutes to Hocking Hills, 20 mins to Athens. Only $39 a night for your own fully furnished studio . Includes kitchen and full size washer/dryer and flat screen tv. You can even build a fire out back in the fire pit if you wish. The hosts were very responsive to my needs. For comparison pricing most camping spots in Hocking Hills go for $30-40 a night. I will definitely be going back. BTW great hiking in Hocking Hills during the day and great restaurants in Athens in the nightime

My husband and I were visiting my mom, who is in one of the local assisted living facilities. It was wonderful to see her, but it was stressful. It was very comforting to know that we were going back to a clean and comfortable home. Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed in the room we stayed in was. We did not have any issues at all. We traveled by car from New Hampshire and arrived after dark, pretty late actually. We didn’t have any problems with finding the place. Parking and getting the key was not a problem at all. Very clean, felt safe and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

I stayed at Tony’s place while in town for work. It has a comfortable bed and is in a quiet alley with one apartment next door. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I feel like it was a good price and would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay; will be coming again. Clean, amenities were lovely, furniture design was aesthetically pleasing. Had a lovely time and Lancaster OH is a lovely town to tour!

Second time my husband has stayed here for work. He loves the location. First time was a great stay but there were obvious improvements.

The Studio is spacious, well maintained and very clean. It is an easy walk to the downtown area where there are plenty of dining choices. The studio is very well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Gina is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. We had a great time visiting Lancaster. I would recommend the studio to anyone looking for a place near downtown Lancaster.

Melissa and Steve were excellent hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable and was like stepping back in time to my childhood home. I had one small issue out of their control and they responded immediately with a fix. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in town.

The apartment was way more spacious than I was expecting! It was well stocked and supplied with all the essentials, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

Everything was just as it was described on the listing. We found the beds to be very comfortable and appreciated all of the little extras that were available.

Sarah's place was so cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this place to any friend and hope we can come back soon!The hot tub was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway! Plenty of room to park, And there's a cute little picnic table in firing outside.

Great location. Clean, just like the pictures showed. Mckenzie was always quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

Me & my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very quiet. The location was great, the nearby restaurants were very good. We’d come back again.

It was a beautiful house everything was cozy and clean. Private and lots of room for outside activities.

This unit is new so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out, but our Evolve contact Andi went above and beyond in their responsiveness and communication. This was such a a great place to stay!

we enjoyed our stay at pine creek villas. it had beautiful scenery and everything matched the descriptions as listed. they were very responsive and quick to message back answer to any questions i had. my boyfriend forgot his hat and we didn’t realize until we checked out. i communicated this to them and they let us stop back to grab it. looking forward to booking with them again in the near future and taking my kiddos 🩶

Gege was super accommodating for everything we needed during our stay! From our early arrival to having a ramp on standby for my grandma in a wheelchair! Super cute and clean house! Will definitely be coming back in a couple weeks for my brother’s college graduation!
