Emplazado en barrio patrimonial. Este palafito es el principal de los 3, el cual cuenta con una hermosa y amplia terraza para disfrutar de las mareas chilotas y de las aves. Ubicado junto a calles de tráfico constante, durante el día y la noche. Es importante considerar, para personas de sueño ligero.

Palafito Loft is a 550 m2 wooden building on stilts in the inner sea of Castro, located in the charming Pedro Montt neighborhood. This building consists of 7 independent furnished apartments. We do not have private parking. Apartment 105 has a balcony overlooking the avenue. Capacity for up to 2 people. 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 private bathroom, a living room, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Daily cleaning and breakfast not included.

Enjoy the space located near downtown Castro. The cabin is equipped with the basics required for the stay. The city of Castro is the center of Chiloé, being the closest. Guests can stay in touch with me during their stay, where we will communicate and they will be guided to make the most of their stay. There is transportation such as bus, taxi, and minibus, only 10 minutes by vehicle and 20 minutes on foot from downtown Castro.

Places of interest: The apartment is built with a rustic touch on the 2nd floor of a stilt house. You have to climb a ladder and it has access to a terrace where you can see the other stilt houses. It is a 5-minute walk to the artisan cooking fair and 15 minutes from downtown. All these times indicated are walking.
