Cabin equipped with electric gate, large parking area and for taking walks. On the premises, you can interact with chickens, sheep, turkeys, and a beautiful donkey. We have a children's house, a recycling center, a compost heap, and a mini-museum with antique collections. We are 12 km from Castro and 9 km from Chonchi, on Route 5 South and minutes from the main tourist points; Lake Huillinco, Chiloé National Park, Cucao, Muelle de las Almas, Chonchi, Quellón. Cared for by their owners.

House equipped for 5 people... located 3 minutes from downtown by car, public transportation outside the house. It is an interior apartment with a separate entrance, parking, pellet heating, wifi, roku, etc. My parents live in the main house (in front), who hand over the keys to the cabin and take care of everything the guest requires. A bag of pellets is delivered every 3 days of the stay. There are no shower towels. Pets are not allowed due to space issues.

An ideal place to go to relax, get away from the noise and haste of the city, you will have the surroundings of the countryside and the benefits of the Río Negro, very close to the River Chepu where you can take walks. Also from here you can go out to know the rest of the entire archipelago. The cabin features a slow-burning stove, hot and cold water, a gas cooker, parking, and a hot water tank (charge not included in the rate and must be arranged in advance).

The "Refugio Estudio Contento" cabin is a space created on the shores of a small wetland in the "Estrecho Contento" sector that connects Lake Huillinco with Lake Cucao in the commune of Chonchi. It was created with family rest in mind and the observation of a good part of the Chilean birdlife, being able to see different types of migratory and local birds, also coipos and with some luck, Chingues, Quiques, Pudúes and the elusive Huillín.
