The property is very spacious and very well managed. The host Promilla ji is proactive and reaches out with very clear instructions. The property is very neat and clean with all the amenities. Definitely gonna try the same property incase I am visiting this place again.

First of all the stay was really good. The host is so kind and humble that he upgraded the stay just because he found out that something was wrong with the earlier one. Both the hosts are genuinely good, polite and helpful. The caretaker as well helped us a lot. (Just one issue arose with the lock system as it took time as the lock system has some problems) But besides that, everything else was perfectly maintained and it was a beautiful and immemorial experience. Thank you so much.

Wonderful experience

I booked the apartment for a week initially in November. I liked it so much that I extended my stay by two weeks. I stayed there a second time six weeks later for a week. The apartment is comfortably and stylishly furnished. A housekeeper cleaned the place and even cooked home food for me. A nice vegetarian restaurant is just a two minute walk away for Indian, Chinese and Western food. Piyush was always responsive and accommodated my requests promptly. Cooked food can be delivered by the usual services in 15-20 minutes. Using the Blinkit app I got groceries, milk, etc., delivered in less than 15 minutes - even printouts after uploading the files - which I found incredible. The housing society is posh and large with open spaces and gardens for pleasant walks. Thanks Piyush! I hope to be back soon to stay at your place.

Akhilesh is a great host, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment is newly renovated, with clean & modern amenities, full kitchen, wifi, smart TV. The private rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the whole neighborhood, especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. Outside of the city centre, but still Ola, Uber, Swiggy, available. Overall an amazing value, for a safe, tranquil, home away from home in the capital.

The place was worth every penny, well maintained and equipped with all the basic requirements (more than required).

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊

I’m not entirely convinced this villa wasn’t enchanted. The towels were folded like they’d studied origami under a monk. Even the doorknob seemed to welcome me with the quiet grace of a butler in a Wes Anderson film. I half expected a talking cat or a hidden library. I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a nice place for having a small gathering with your friends and family the best about the place is that care taking staff is 24/7 ready to help you out.

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. the place looked even better in person than in the photos! Manuj was incredibly helpful and always just a call away, making sure the check-in process and everything else went smoothly. The pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The spacious layout made it feel extra comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
