Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chisago County

Just book it. We had the most wonderful weekend at Andrea’s AirBnB. She thought of everything: from Tupperware for leftovers to a fresh bag of coffee, from feminine products to makeup wipes, from games to a record player. We are the type of people who like to go out and explore when we’re staying somewhere new, but this place was so cozy and hygge that we were more than happy to stay home, play games by the fireplace, and sip coffee from the nespresso machine. Andrea had everything available to do laundry if need be, including hypoallergenic detergent! I’m an over-packer because I have stayed in places that provided a bar of soap and maaaaybe a toothbrush if you’re lucky. We lacked for nothing here! She had noise machines and fans in every bedroom, which is very important if you’re a light sleeper like me. We stayed here in early March but we’re already looking to book again here for this summer or fall!! Truly, this was the most comfortable home away from home we have ever experienced

Spacious and comfortable waterfront home with a nice dock and new large deck with comfortable patio furniture. Kitchen was clean and had a nice appliances. Very comfortable large couch and nice dining table with great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable and window air units worked well in the hot days we were there. Good kid and pet friendly stay. Home was equipped with kayaks and water pad as well as many yard games and board games for the rainy days. Owners were very responsive and helpful and had good recommendations for local restaurants. Would recommend this to others.

Brittney was extremely accommodating from the check-in to the check-out. She was very responsive and helpful with an extended stay. The home was so charming! You can tell she really loved setting up the house and put in a lot of effort to make it cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Taylor Falls. The home is a on nice quiet street in a neighborhood with a other historic homes. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is just a short walk or drive to a number of fun things to do including the Taylors Falls Scenic Boat Tour and the very unique Franconia Sculpture Park. We would stay here again.

Toddy's lake house was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with old friends. There was more than enough room for us to enjoy ourselves while having our own space and the location on the lake was incredible. It truly had everything you could want including a grill, firepit & chairs, dock, bar, pool table, board games, tv, bluetooth sound bar... the list goes on. Todd was easy to get in touch with and very hospitable. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun getaway. The host was very responsive and thoughtful—he not only provided supplies for a bonfire and s’mores, but also shared great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful escape!

Michelle and Jason's rental home was beautiful! It accommodated our group of 6 very well and it was nice to have such a beautiful place to come back to and relax after a long day. It was very peaceful and was close to a local restaurant/bar as well as being right on a lake. I wish we would have had more time to relax and just enjoy the house. The hosts were very proactive and welcoming, sending messages both before we checked in and after, to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book this again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little get away!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The Haven’s place is beautiful, fully stocked with everything you could need (& more), peaceful, and extremely cozy. The decor and style makes you feel right at home, along with a spacious yard and beautiful river view. Our group of 10 people fit comfortably and loved every second of our stay! We could not recommend this place more!

Bob and Lisa were very flexible with us while we were in a difficult situation. We were able to extend our stay into a second week. Thank you so much. If you like being near the water and appreciate a visit from a friendly cat while you sit on the deck, this is the place to be. Those beds are super comfy!!

Excellent apartment, close to downtown. Comfy bed. Easy to get inside. Kerilyn was helpful and easy to communicate with.

We stayed here while hiking on the Ice Age Trail and it was a great spot! The perfect space for a hiker including a large entrance. Holly was a great host and very communicative!

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail. All the important things are there. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Sarah and Jason were always available and supported us great. We will be happy to come back!

Jeffrey and Alison work hard to maintain the charm of an older Victorian home while updating it with all you could need in an AirBnB. The area is quiet and residential, but close enough to restaurants and public transport. The flexibility in an earlier check-in time was so, so appreciated.
