Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Small independent house at the top of a suburb, quiet, with inner courtyard and gardens... The place is ideal for recharging for families or groups of friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail departs in front of the house and can drive to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered nearby, we will be able to inform you with pleasure! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away as is the Saint Marcellin highway.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? With its terrace, enjoy the beautiful sunsets.☀️ Fully furnished and equipped, it is located in the village of Saint-Thomas-en-Royans.⛰️ Total area: 35 m² + 30 m² terrace. Bakery 20 m from the apartment🥖 Breakfast fee: €6/person. Aperitif board with a bottle of white or red wine, two pastries and bread: €30/2 people.

La Tiny is located on our land in the Vercors, between forest, meadows and streams. It has an outdoor dry toilet, shower, stovetop, and a small fridge. Bedding and bath towels are not provided.
