Located 2 km from the pretty village of Saint-André-en-Royans nestled at the foot of the Vercors, in a typical farm with its walnut dryers, our fully renovated cottage welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay in the heart of nature. A hiking trail passes by the bottom of the garden and leads to the picturesque village of Pont-en-Royans and its hanging houses. Numerous other hikes nearby, climbing sites, Choranche caves and ski resorts (40 min drive).

Between its magnificent natural pools of the Gorges du Neyron and the Ruzand waterfall, you will be just as seduced by the surroundings that offer walking, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, swimming and paragliding)

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

The accommodation is located in the hamlet of "La Balme de Rencurel", ideally located 15 minutes from the center of Villard-de-Lans and Pont-en-Royans by the RD531 (which runs along the exceptional Gorges de la Bourne). Completely renovated, it is located in an old building that faces the mountain, overlooking a small park bordered by the Bourne River.

Within the Vercors Regional Park, the Gite du Rocher II is a completely independent 80 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an old typical farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. It has a terrace overlooking the Dent de Chatelus. You can also rent the second cottage (1), in parallel, if there are more of you.
