we had a pleasant stay at Delphine's. the place is very quiet, the view is magnificent, and the terrace allows you to fully enjoy it. Delphine was responsive to our various requests and we thank her again for that. ideally located,this apartment allows lovers of walks and sports outings an ideal place. we highly recommend it.

Excellent stay in a very quiet setting with a bucolic landscape. Very clean interior and exterior really nice and shaded in the afternoon. Everyone in the area is adorable, like our hosts Cyril and Micaela. We ate at the restaurant La Gentiane 100m below (a fantastic fondue, we highly recommend it!!!!) and visited "Les perles de Valserine" (small paradisiacal walk when the weather is nice!!). Delighted and delighted!

Typical house really designed for your vacation

Christian's house is very beautiful, pleasant and well maintained. It was ideal for a week-long stay for two families with teenagers. There is plenty of space and everyone was able to have their place. And the surrounding nature is beautiful.

Great first stay in the Tiny House. The place was clean when we arrived, true to photos. Very nice environment, close to the river Ain, relatively quiet despite the proximity to parking. Yann is very friendly and responsive. We recommend a dinner at the restaurant "Le Carbet" located directly opposite, great atmosphere, very nice shaded terrace and delicious dishes. "Le Chalet": Alpine atmosphere in the heart of Annecy

A very good homestay. The room is very clean, tidy and matches the photos provided by the host. Easy check-in, perfect location, suitable for tourists who want to visit Annecy. Lake Anna, the train station, and the old town are all within a 10-minute walk. The decor in the house is very snowy, reminding me of my previous trip to Scandinavia, recommended for winter stays.

We had an excellent experience in Annecy. The unit is right next to the train/bus station which as really convenient. We were concerned about train noise, but it was not a problem at all. Easy access to walk to the city. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, attractions in walking distance. The unit was BETTER than the photos. Spacious, no cutter (thank you!), and plenty of space to unpack your things. Much appreciated. Bathroom was also spacious. Bedroom was comfortable and quite. Kitchen was good with a few amenities like olive oil. Plenty of dishware, pots/pans, knife, etc. It is rare to find an AirBNB that is BETTER than expected, and we were pleasantly surprised at this gem. Thank you, Celine!

Country house in the land of lakes

The gite is perfect for a group of 15 people. We appreciated the large kitchen with quality equipment, the large terrace and the very beautiful exterior. We enjoyed the hot tub, pétanque court and the teenagers loved the billiards and foosball table. The house is situated in a quiet location not far from Lake Vouglan.

We had a little enchanted break in Rémy's cottage which welcomed us with great warmth and showed care during our stay. The cottage is very nice, very well equipped, with excellent bedding and absolute calm nestled in a green screen. Lake Vouglans is 20m away. , essential shops are 15 minutes away. You can also stock up on tasty products at the Belinette farm, managed by Rémy's daughters and which is right next door . What else can we say but we'll definitely be back...

Modern chalet by the slopes

The house is very modern. The technology is up to date. The layout is very good. We especially enjoyed breakfast at the large round table overlooking the ski slope. The host is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. As improvements, we saw the doorknobs on the ground floor of the house and the mattresses as well as the pillows. But, these are subjective needs. The location invites you to take beautiful hiking. Shopping /refueling facilities can be reached within 10 minutes by car. For visits to Lake Geneva, you have to drive a winding route, which is also popular with motorcyclists. We can recommend the beautiful house.

Accommodation like nowhere else

The apartment is very nice and well furnished, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, tablecloth and utensils. A garden and a nice pool are available for guests. The area is very quiet but can only be reached by own vehicle. I point out that the two bathrooms are both inside the two double bedrooms and the access staircase to the loft, dedicated to children, is steep (almost peeled)! Clean rooms.
