Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Vacation home with terrace and garden in an ideal location

The house is enbedded in a beautiful olive grove which is centrally located between Potamia and Golden Beach. Big terraces (with grill), beautiful gardens with stunning mountain view. Wifi, Sat.-TV and air condition included. The sandy beach is easy to reach by foot. A traditional Greek tavern and the next supermarket a just are few meters away. Our guests are welcome to use the pool of the neighboring hotel. We are looking forward to welcome you to our little paradise!

My place is next to the beach and in the very picturesque harbor, there are activities for families, lounger nightlife and shops. Reasons why you will like my place: light, wonderful sea view, big balcony, comfortable bed, kitchen, comfortable environment, neighborhood, the sea is a minute walk. My place is suitable for couples, activities for one person, a group of 4 people, business travelers and families (with children). You are all welcome!

Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν. Το διαμέρισμα είναι full εξοπλισμένο για να καλύψει κάθε ανάγκη. Wi-fi super !

Our Spacious Deluxe Triple Studios (ca. 30m2) are located either on the first or the ground floor of the accommodation and can be either one-room or two room studios. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studios have also a large wardrobe, air-condition, balconies, wi-fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities. Baby cot available on request.

"Iliatoras Studios" is a hospitable accommodation in Skala Potamia, 70 meters far from the sea sore. The rooms (studios and apartments) are spacious and can offer you a comfortable accommodation. They are fully equipped with anything you may need during your vacation (wifi, electrical devices and kitchen equipment). There is also a big yard, a barbeque, a shared working table and parking space for the cars.
