The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

In addition to the caravan, you can use the courtyard, pergola, outdoor kitchen, outdoor spa and outdoor shower. There are sheep and chickens on the farm, so if you like a rural idyll close to the city, this is just the thing for you.

You are only a 5-minute walk from Brødremenighedens Church and directly opposite Genforeningsparken. You will have the entire 1 floor to yourself. A thé kitchen is available. The host is a member of the Brothers' Church. As we need to think about the environment, we would like you to bring your own bed linen and towels. There are also [security cameras] on the property, but please let us know if you would like us to make the bed for you.
