Centrally-located home 3 minutes away from restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Robin, 3 minutes from shopping like Costco, the mall, and Walmart. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Fresh renovations!! Stylish and Comfortable Apartment with Character. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Premium towels, sheets, and mattress, 4k TV with a Netflix account for guests only, coffee, a tea kettle with a selection of our favorite teas. Washer and Dryer are also available for use. Our space has many hand painted accents that were done by my Wife who studied art in St. Petersburg, Russia. We hope you will love and enjoy this cute space .
