Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

(Separate bedroom with two beds and two beds in the open gallery above the livingroom). Mountain view. Village centre and sports area with children’s playground: 5 mins. on foot. Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Apartment Frauenschuh in the Lenzerheide region

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Im kürzlich renovierten Einfamilienhaus mit altem Charme aber moderner Einrichtung, kann man sich zu jeder Jahreszeit wohlfühlen. Der Pool bietet die Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen in wärmeren Monaten, im Winter hat man nur 30min Weg zu zwei verschiedenen Skigebieten und das Cheminée sorgt für wohlige Wärme in Essbereich und Stube. In Frühling und Herbst kann man wunderbar in die naheliegenden Berge wandern gehen.

Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.
