The Monastery | Unique farmhouse near Lucca

The construction of the main building of the estate goes back to the 1550s. In more recent times it was converted to an elegant family home, maintaining the architectural integrity of the original building. In the proximities you will also see other ancient buildings that once were barns and houses for the workers.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Lovely cozy apartment located in the hamlet of Ponte a Moriano, central location to reach both the historic center of Lucca (just 7 km) and the tourist resorts of Garfagnana. Ruscus is one of the first plants that was cultivated inside the park of the villa by my grandfather Antonio, so we decided to name the apartment after the one he was most fond of.
