The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca.

Beautiful finca in a well-kept Mediterranean garden, walking distance to the beach, Port Alcudia and old town Alcudia. Invisible property absolute peace and privacy. Water temperature May 24 in the sea 20 degrees, already cozy 28 degrees in the heated pool. The outdoor kitchen has an electric hot plate, grill and sink. Large balcony with sea views of the bay of Alcudia. Fast internet via fiber optic + heated pool are ideal for home office off-season.

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
