The house is as shown in the photos, the different areas of the house are perfect for different activities, the pool without chlorine was the best!. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the house has everything you need and more! . María and Manuel's attention was very cordial and helpful, we had a beautiful family weekend, 100% recommended.

Thank you Diana, for the attention provided, you were always attentive to our orders. I went with my wife and dog and we were super comfortable, everything was very clean and full of details that made the accommodation cozy and the backyard is huge for a meeting with several people.

We stayed at the Maritza house for a few days and had a great time. The house has all the comforts, it is well located and Maritza is friendly.

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Great place to spend it with family, quiet and close to the beach. It has a pool in the depa and also if desired the other pool on the terrace can be booked. There were some problems when we arrived but they were always attentive to being fixed as quickly as possible and always attentive to what we ask about the place. He was flexible with the check-out.

I had a fantastic stay in Lima thanks to Ita, Diego, and co-host Gigi, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located in Barranco—steps from restaurants, coffee shops, and parks with ocean views. Ita and Diego went above and beyond, kindly allowing early check-in and late check-out around my flight schedule. I especially enjoyed the ocean view while sipping my Nespresso (provided by the hosts) on the balcony in the mornings. The building's rooftop gym and pool were an added bonus. I’d absolutely stay here again—truly exceptional hospitality and a wonderful home base in Lima!

Everything is fine with the house, it complies with the reference images, like a slight detail, it would be ideal if around the exterior there were some meshes to prevent the ball from leaving the house when playing volleyball, outside of that, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay🫶

Very pleasant experience, very clean and illuminated the house, close to the river , listening to the sound of the river at night is the most pleasant, the song of the birds in the mornings super relaxing. In particular, she has a great time.

Silvia's place is perfect for a get-away and breaking the routine. The place is nice, with great amenities near by, and a very welcoming space and host. You can get to the beach quite easily, eat at nice restaurants, or prepare your own food as there's nothing missing in stores near by. Punta Hermosa holds high on its name as it is quite a beautiful and warm town, secure and fun at the same time. We loved our time there.
