Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

They come to enjoy a cozy sanitized cottage, 4000 m2 with a healthy pool and various spaces to share as a family. Year-round sunshine and great place to get in touch with nature. It has a guardian and ample parking space (for free). It has an equipped kitchen, grilling area, volleyball, fronton, toad and more. Each room has it's own bathroom. We have Wi-Fi, cable and good phone signal. Direct contact with the owner.
