Great value free-standing home with a front garden and covered porch (where we spent most of our time, occasionally visited by friendly iguanas). Really nice inside layout. Large rooms (one open-plan upstairs and one closed downstairs) with their own bathrooms. Large ground-floor living area and compact kitchen. Very simple furniture and appliances but adequate and comfortable. Great, safe location on a quiet street with quick access to the beach and main road. Prepare for mosquitos in this region in December. Enjoyable beaches and food experiences. Host communication was excellent.

Thank you Camila! It is a nice and comfortable house well located, in a quiet area at the entrance of San Bartolo. From here you can visit the entire south guy, we had a great time with my family, the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace is the best!

Kitchenware, utensils and kitchen appliances very complete and in good condition. Well-distributed rooms , spacious , dining room with extra chairs. Large furnished terraces ideal for large families like us , who are with children , teenagers and babies.

Everything was excellent, it is very easy to locate being in front of the municipality, the space is very spacious, several cars come in. All the very comfortable rooms and the kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery. The pool was also clean and well maintained as was the terrace and rooftop furniture.

The condominium is cute and has good facilities such as other swimming pools, children's games and a fulbito court. We had a great time!.

Lucrecia’s apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances, cleaning products, linens and towels. The condominium is well kept and secured. Very close distance to the beach.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Beautiful place, spacious, preserved and spacious green areas, great attention from the host. great for a big family and for celebrating events.

Pachanan is a very beautiful place, surrounded by pine trees, coffee, with orchards and has a special energy, it is a super cozy place, the cabins have everything you need to be comfortable, refrigerator, kitchen, coffee maker, electrical outlets and the hosts, co-hosts and the people who work there were very friendly and are always willing to recommend places to go, talk, sing and have a good time. In short, make you feel at home. I was lucky enough to go right for the Oxafest so we even went to the festival together, and invited me to walk a couple of times to the Chontabamba River in the pipes that the cabin has. It is not essential to go by car as there are buses to Gramazú that is a 25 min walk, but if you go with your own mobility, it is very easy to get around. Congratulations Christian and Kelly for everything they've built in Pachanan! Keep this project growing and follow the successes. 100% recommended, I personally plan to come back and stay longer.
