Economical, Safe, Quiet, Calm, Decent home

Enjoy a simple and comfortable stay in this centrally located quiet place. The house is new. All items are available. Everything you may need is available. I only accept decent people as guests. I get an archived criminal record before entering the house. I get a civil registry statement. (You can get it from the e-government as a PDF and send it to me.) If you are not a Turkish citizen, I take a photo of your identity card and a photo of your passport. There is a camera system all around the apartment. Silence is very important.

A dining area is filled with an extensive buffet featuring a variety of dishes displayed on wooden tables. Soft lighting enhances the warm atmosphere, while shelves hold additional food items and beverages. The black marble floor adds to the elegant setting.

Hello. I'm Özgün. I live on Muharrem Candaş street, one of the most central locations in Bostanlı. My home is just a 5-minute walk to the Bostanlı ferry dock, bus stop, and city center, and only 1 minute away from the İzban metro station. It's a peaceful and lively area where you can reach all your needs within a few minutes' walk. PS: Please message me before making a reservation after checking the availability on Airbnb, thank you.

Hello, please contact us for the price. Our house is brand new and clean. Cigli State Hospital and Katip Çelebi University are 5 minutes away, Egekent Izban station is 5 minutes away, and the industrial zone and tram are 1 minute away on foot. I recommend contacting us before booking 😉 No cooking at home!! Oven is active 👍 Natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍
