There is a stylish sofa. There is 100 MB of internet. Şemikler is 10 minutes from İzbana (Subway), 20 minutes from Bostanlı beach and 15 minutes from Publar. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the house. In addition, there are urban transportation (ESHOT) buses to many places, especially Alsancak and Izmir bus station, 50 meters from the building.

Hotel Comfort in Karşıyaka Mavişehir

My apartment is located in a new building in the Mavişehir area, which is the most decent and clean neighborhood of Karşıyaka. It is only a 3-minute walk to Izban, 3 minutes to Atakent coast, 5 minutes to Hiltown Shopping Mall and 2 minutes to the tram. The apartment has an elevator and a balcony. Everything is available in the apartment. There are all the ingredients you can cook. The internet is fast, there is Netflix and YouTube. I welcome all my guests.

Bostanlı pier 3 km, Izban 1.2 km, Caher Dudayev blv 20 meters, tram 500 meters, market, bazaar and everywhere within walking distance, air-conditioned. 4th floor without elevator, therefore not suitable for the disabled and the elderly.
