The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

We are within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the center, we are in the ZTL area. The apartment is 200 meters away from the train station and a stone's throw from the hospital of Ciriè!It has a double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, hallway, bathroom and two balconies, equipped with independent heating, WiFi!The area is well served with all amenities within walking distance (post office, pharmacy, shopping center)

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.
