Thea’s place is a wonderful spot. The deck and the view were such a pleasure! The house is well maintained and spotless.

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

This place was great! It is nicely furnished with Florida boat life decor. Everything was very modern and clean, and smelled good too! Lots of amenities were provided.

We have stayed at Sherry’s house several times and plan to come back. It’s a perfect size for us and we love the private setting in nature with no other houses right next to it. We hear birds often and sometimes even coyote. Despite being away from other houses, it’s close enough to the things we want to do and our family who live in Pine Ridge. We especially appreciate that she provides kayaks and we used them several times. Having a garage is also great for us to store the bikes that we bring with us. Sherry is a friendly and responsive host who does her best to make sure her guests have a great stay. We look forward to our next trip to Citrus Springs.

What are great place. It was only about 25 min to two different springs, three sisters and rainbow springs. Super location in a great neighborhood. The back yard is right backed up to a farm where ponies and horses are and even come to say hello. Publix grocery store up the street. Comfortable beds and had everything you needed to make you feel right at home. Traveling with kids is always hard but finding a place like this makes it easier. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jill's listing. It was exactly as described & more. Very clean, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Definitely will book again if in the area.

Great little place. Modern feel. Open floor plan. We went to the Rock the Country festival and was close by. Great space even for 3 couples. Great communication. Host checked in on us if we checked in with any issues. Asked if we needed anything. Great little hidden gem. Definitely recommend. Nice clean place. The neighbors across the street very friendly people. Definitely come back. Thanks for everything. See you next year.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We had a great stay, it is a very nice home! Very clean and the pool was great! I would recommend this home to anyone! The host is friendly and called to check and made sure everything was good and that we didnt need anything! Thank you JJ!

Kari was quick to respond to emails and text messages. The home was on a quite road, great for an early morning walk. Due to the dead end about a 1/2 mile further, very little traffic. The property was peaceful and quite. Close to several small towns with a lot of activities especially if you like the outdoors small town restaurants and little shops. I would book again if I need a place in that location. Kari, thank you for a very comfortable stay!!

I traveled to FL for my son’s spring break to meet with friends. The space is exactly as described and Geri is a friendly, gracious and responsive host. The lakeview is awesome from both the master bedroom and living room porch/balcony. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. Only caution is if your child is like mine and believes mom’s cooking is necessary, even while on vacation (lol), be sure to bring your own spices. Otherwise the space is comfortable and sufficient. I would certainly stay again if Geri will have me.

This is our second stay and will definitely return! The bed is very comfortable, the space is super clean and the area is quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

We had a great experience in Edith’s home! As soon as we pulled up to the unit we felt like we were at home. It has a country and cozy feel to it. Upon entering we found that the home was welcoming. There is a brief introduction the owners upon entry which I thought was nice. The rest of the house was clean and simple. I was able to make myself at home without feeling like I was in someone else’s home. We had everything we needed and got what we paid for. The price was fair. Edith was a pleasure to deal with and made the process easy! If I HAD to make any recommendations it would be for some firmer pillows but that is personal preference! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and private surroundings. Pool was very clean. Condo was immaculate! Bed was very comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to sunrise. Lots of light-windows provided great view of the marsh land. Close to a beach and plenty of restaurants. Manatee tours nearby. Would highly recommend to others.
