Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto's apartment is very nice and bright, on the second and last floor of a historic building, with a magnificent view of the rooftops of Arezzo. The location is excellent because, despite being outside the historic center, it allows you to reach it on foot or leave easily to explore the surrounding countryside. The decor is tasteful, you can feel that it is a home loved by its owner! The livable balcony and private parking are an added value. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean, and check-in was easy! Great experience!

The stay in Porciano at Massimo and Deborah's place was simply fantastic. The accommodation itself was super nice and cozy, we felt very comfortable and we loved the peace and especially the nice residents of the small castle village. The scenery is a dream and I highly recommend staying there. Massimo explained the house to us perfectly and Deborah's welcome jam tastes super delicious. Thank you for these great days We hope to return again.

The accommodation located in the heart of the beautiful village of Monticchiello is typically Tuscan, which is reinforced by murals. The proximity to Pienza is appreciated. The view of Val d 'Orcia is beautiful. The apartment is very calm and functional but deserves a little refresh and upgrading of amenities ( dishes, host, etc...). Access to the listing is via a steep, narrow staircase. However, we spent 2 dream nights at this place that we keep in mind for a future stay in Tuscany

Really nice apartment, cozy, very clean and in a strategic area to visit Umbria. Two steps from the highway entrance, in the area there is everything you need, restaurant, bar, supermarket. Private parking space, Mara was very kind and very quick to answer any of our questions. Definitely worth going back to, HIGHLY recommended. Thank you for everything, Max and Nadia

Mrs. Carla was more than just a Host, she was always helpful. My shoes broke and she wanted to drive me to buy new ones. Very sweet and available. The house is perfect as described. I highly recommend it.

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

We had a wonderful stay at this property which is a bit difficult to reach, but is more than worth the painstaking arrival. The fantastic location is simply breathtaking – expansive fields lined with cypresses and olive trees create a backdrop that looks like a Tuscany picture book. The hosts were extremely nice and charming. They provided us with great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which has enriched our stay. Particularly noteworthy is that our dog also felt very comfortable and we could thus enjoy relaxing time as a family. In summary, we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the true beauty of Tuscany. A place to relax and enjoy – here we will be happy to come back.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

A great experience . The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished and finished, very clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and parking hassle-free right in front of the building. Laura was very kind to solve a small issue and gave us advice on where to dine. Really nice to relax in the evening in the apartment after the days spent visiting the surroundings, we felt at home. We loved it and highly recommend it.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Claudio was a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was well kept and very clean. It is located close to the main square so everything you need is a few steps away. The kitchen was well stocked, and Claudio had left some snacks, wine, and water. His kindness was appreciated. We will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
