What I can say about this place to stay is that it's well worth it. My honest opinion is that it has a fair price, even affordable for what it offers. Conditions at current standards, from cleanliness, to the security and safety of the entire building, to the responsiveness of the staff of those who have subordinated to the property. Very good location, positioning within the perfect building, with a wonderful view. The fact that there is a terrace on the roof of the block is a huge plus. The sunsets are wonderfully seen both from the balcony of the apartment and from the terrace on the roof of the block. The mall is 10 minutes away by foot, the bus/tranvai station the same. Likewise, by car, to Baile Felix, as well as to the center of Oradea, in fact, the area is very quiet. What I can say with confidence is that I recommend this location to any people want to spend a few days in Oradea and/or circumstances.

The house is impeccable without any reproach, it has all the amenities we needed. We were able to relax, spent quality time in the jacuzzi and in the sauna. The order and cleanliness was a 10+, the sheets, the pillows and including the couch had an extremely pleasant and inviting smell. The house very well appointed with attention to the classic details. The host was extremely explicit, calm and pleasant to talk. We will definitely come back, especially since the city is also very quiet, uncluttered, with refined and diversified restaurants, very warm people as well. Thanks for this unique and relaxing opportunity!

Extraordinary location of room. 5 Min walking distance from Baile Felix resort. Clean, tidy. Looks everything like on the pictures. The very welcoming host 👌 I recommend taking the host with her agreement, as a 😂👌 😍 tour guide they helped me a lot. I'll be back 🤗 soon for sure 😍

Amazing Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful time at this place! Everything was perfect – the place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. My parents stayed in this house for quite a long period. They were very pleased with the accommodation and would sincerely recommend it to others. The house is cozy, clean, has everything for a comfortable stay. There is a large green yard. The owners are very nice and responsive people.

The ideal location if you want to spend your time in a quiet location with a big yard and a modern house, arranged with style. Each room has a balcony exit and private bathroom. On the ground floor you can find a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend, especially for groups up to 10 people (total there are 5 bedrooms). Patricia answers questions almost instantly, thanks for hosting!

A very beautiful and peaceful place, with a secluded porch and a charming mini garden perfect for sitting outside. The surroundings are quiet and serene, with no noise to disturb you. Inside, the home is spotless, cozy, and welcoming, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable for a great night’s sleep. Absolutely 10/10.

We had an excellent stay. Serban was very easy to communicate with. This home is spacious with lots of room to spread out for everyone (we were a group of 7) and is perfect for a family with young kids. Serban provided a crib and high chair for our youngest child. There were toys, a trampoline, sand box, tree house and pool for the kids to play in. I highly recommend Serban’s place for your vacation.
