A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Silvana was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake the evening of our arrival. Quiet and ideal location for us who wanted to ski. A safe location is provided to store skiing. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen has all the accessories to prepare your meals. Cauldrons are excellent qualities please pay attention. As far as the billing for hot water and heating it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Mareson-Pecol is an ideal place to base if you are going to tour Las Dolomitas. The village is super quiet, this is very good on one side, although on the other side there are variety shortages to buy food, pharmacy, etc. The views are incredible, definitely a beautiful place. The house was located on a second floor, it had all the amenities we needed, everything worked perfect. Our stay here was really very pleasant, the host welcomed us very friendly, she gave us recommendations to know the area and even prepared a crib for my baby. Hopefully we can come back someday.

Our stay at Karl and Romy was everything we imagined when planning this trip. The apartment was great with beautiful surroundings, easy to get around and Romy was super helpful and really made us feel at home. Would love to come back.

This small practical and functional studio is ideal after a day spent outside. You can enjoy the calm in complete tranquility with a superb view of the surrounding landscapes. The owners, overlooking the property, are discreet and remain available if there is anything you need. We loved the small garden, provided, for the children to play with our dog. We spent a week in this chalet with friends, and it was nothing short of wonderful! The place is perfect for nature lovers and offers lots of activities: outdoor grills, ping pong, foosball, bicycles to explore the breathtaking surroundings... it's really a lovely place! Inside, we found board games, a turntable with a great selection of vinyl, and much more. We felt right at home! Fausto is an extremely friendly and helpful host. An example? Being a pastry chef, I needed a scale, but therewasn't one in the house. Fausto immediately sent Carla, a very welcoming lady, to buy it. I was speechless! Highly recommended, really SUPER!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

Giulia was very reactive. Alignement was always natural and the flat was conform to the description. Dog friendly, accessible, handy, in a calm environment. All you need to have a good time in that region after a big hike day.
