The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.
