This home is close to everything. Riverfront is literally a few feet from deck and broadway was a $13 uber and 2 minutes. You could drive or walk but for the price uber for us was the way to go. Super clean, comfy, and again coming back after the city all day to the river was SO refreshing. If you are considering this one.... press go!

New condo, tasteful and welcoming, fresh and clean. Many thoughtful touches, very well appointed. Directly across the street from the bus into downtown, which I found easy and convenient. Immaculate unit, very comfortable bed.

The location was very close to everything but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again !

The apartment was just as described and very comfy! Booking was a breeze, and the hosts were very responsive to my questions. I arrived very late in the night due to flight issues, and the hosts were super helpful with the entry door code- I didn't have to wait even a minute; they were great. The place has everything you need and is very VERY close to the little downtown area. I drove my rental car, and it was about 5mins. Parking is free on Main St. some days, and there are some very good restaurants to visit. If you need groceries, a few stores are not far. The overall experience was wonderful, and I'd return if visiting Calrksville again!

A great location that is very walkable to downtown, But you still felt like you were in a private sanctuary on the river. Love the place, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Our stay in Nashville was absolutely perfect! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The location couldn’t have been better—super walkable to Broadway and tons of fun spots, with scooters always nearby for an easy ride. If you’d rather Uber, it’s always quick and affordable! We especially loved the balcony—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nashville!

We were in Nashville for a wedding. Great location. Just far enough away from the hoopla but close enough for a quick Uber ride. Linda was lovely and responsive. Comfy beds and well stocked. We would stay there again!

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

Fantastic place! Wonderful hosts and a great place to be near all of the Broaway fun. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Cozy, clean place with very thoughtful amenities like snacks and extra of everything you might have forgotten. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Location location location everything was perfect the pull out couch was the only thing I dislike because it was wore in but other then that the stay was perfect and I will be returning…..Go ahead and book you will not be disappointed trust me 10/10

Kimberly was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The location is perfect for tourists with no car. Broadway and the Farmers Market are both easy to walk to.

The space was wonderful and clean. Tyler and Rachel were very responsive and helpful.

This place was exactly as pictured! The space was everything we needed and more. We had 6 girls staying here and there were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was stocked with dishes. It was the perfect size for us so we weren’t all running into each other. The neighborhood was quiet and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway so we could relax at the end of every night. Highly recommend this place!

It was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed and couches were clean. The bathrooms were nice and updated. For a dog friendly place, it was outstanding. The instructions were very clear.

Had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—just a quick scooter ride or a 20-25 minute walk to Lower Broadway, which was super convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

Great place to stay, very close to Broadway! There were very minor issues such as hair in many areas of the condo. On our last night a neighbor across the way was fighting with someone outside, very loud & late at night, around 1am-2am (which I know the host isn't to blame.) other then what is stated above I would definitely book with this host again ! Plenty or amenities and lots to do in the area, great place !!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

The AirB&B description of this condo is perfect and accurate. Brittany is a very responsive host and replied to a couple of questions we had very promptly. The condo is clean bright and airy with a good view of the river. The little patio was a nice touch. The condo is well equipped,plenty of linens and bathrooms supplies as is the kitchen with a good collection of amenities including a good selection of hot beverages options. A bonus especially in a city location was plenty of on site parking right outside the condo. The location is perfectly situated to explore the city. The surrounding area is going through a renovation phase with lots of renovations going on. There are several good restaurants and local bars within a 15 to 20 minutes walk around German town, which we considered safe walking even on the late evening. Down town and Broadway is about a 20 to 30 minute walk along the river path,again we felt save walking there day and night even though it was a little quiet. This

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

Mindy’s place is close to Germantown and downtown Nashville. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
