Holiday rentals in Clayton

Our family had a great time at this adorable cabin, we had three families who came from all different areas and this was the perfect spot for our families to spend quality time together! The husbands really enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out on the deck. The moms loved how spacious it was so the kids could run around and play together. The neighborhood is also very private so you don’t have to worry about cars passing through. Outside was beautiful, the scenery is so peaceful. There was plenty of privacy for each family on all 3 floors, we never felt on top of each other or crowded. The town Helen is about 16 minutes away and has a very unique look and feel to it. There were so many neat shops that sold souvenirs, candies, and fun experiences. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A great retreat to decompress and enjoy nature. It’s like treehouse living! We had a great time there!

This was the perfect getaway!! Had a little difficulty finding it, just a little sightseeing tour around the mountain 😃 but all was good once we arrived. Had a wonderful stay. A beautiful cabin with great views, very clean with amenities and is decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. Location was close to everything we were looking for. And the hot tub was spot on perfect for a relaxing evening. We will be back to visit for sure. Thank You so much.

We had a great time and felt very much at home. The location and property is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. The host is easy to get a hold of and responsive.

We needed a place for our blended family to finally meet and have time together. One of the bedrooms had bunks which became the kids room. They loved it. They also loved the game room, playground and bathing in the heart shaped jacuzzi. The view is amazing, overlooking a pond with the mountains in the background. We had groups playing golf and tennis. It was too cold for the pool but I’m sure the kids would have been there if it was warm. There is a beautiful waterfall closer than I thought. There was plenty of room for everyone to dine and just be together. It is definitely a place we will keep in mind for future gatherings.

This is the perfect spot if you want peace and seclusion. It is about a 20 minute drive to sights and amenities (groceries). Very clean, lots of games if you get bored, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We were just a couple vacationing but it would have been a great house had we any children or friends in tow. We enjoyed our stay 100%! An excellent location, just on the bank of the Nantahala river. A 15-20 min drive to the Blue Ridge Pkwy overlooks, Bryson City. The Fontana Lake Dam is a little longer drive. The terrace, the fireplace and the hot tub are all amazing.

What a view!! Jen's place was just what our family needed for our Christmas gathering. From a peaceful, private property to being pet-friendly with supplied large dog beds to multiple buildings with unique construction and space for everyone to one of the most fantastic views we've ever experienced from the enormous deck, we loved our stay! We hiked the property down to the river, played board games (there were many supplied), fellowshipped, watched a movie and enjoyed Jen's place tremendously. The pièce de résistance was seeing two Bald Eagles (one landed in a tree just outside the main area) just as we finished our closing prayer right before we checked out. Jen was very accommodating, proactive to our needs and communicated with us quickly, putting us at ease. It was a pleasure to meet her at checkin as she helped get things ready for us. We are already thinking of doing this again next year! Did we say, "What a view!"? :)
