The cottage is beautifully located in a very quiet area. Detached, with 100% privacy. No traffic. Large, beautiful garden, completely fenced which was very nice for our dog. Very nice terrace with all the comforts. Car is safe on the property behind a fence. It was great. We used this house in transit to southern France, but will definitely be back. Sylvie is very welcoming and responsive. I would come back without any worries. The accommodation is quiet and really close to the sea on foot. the cleanliness was impeccable.

Very well equipped accommodation in terms of household appliances and dishes. A place where you feel good. Sébastien and Diane were very responsive in answering our questions.

A very nice cottage! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean! The only downside: the large construction site that starts right by the garden fence. Noise from 8 am to 5 pm. It was not possible to eat in the beautiful garden or to relax. We could only use the Jacuzzi in the evening after 17 her, as the construction workers had a complete view of the garden on their dredgers. The construction site will certainly be ready at some point, but until then, info on this would be very important. Since the cottage was otherwise really perfect, we would book it again!

Very nice spacious and very well-equipped house. Very clean accommodation. We were able to enjoy the many leisure activities available to us ( foosball,billiards...) which delighted our son. The spacious and fenced garden perfectly suited our dog.

villa Boudou is lovely. Well located and well-equipped. We had a great weekend with our family. The house is big so everyone isolates themselves if needed. We will go back without hesitation. Hosts are responsive if needed and very friendly. I would highly recommend it

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. The meals were hearty and delicious, perfect for enjoying the surrounding calm. A nice parenthesis that we recommend without so much as a second thought!

Steve & Dawn were fantastic! We stayed for two nights over the Easter holidays and Dawn was a very welcome sight waving us in on our arrival. The accommodation was spotless, had everything we needed for myself, two children and our dog! Steve and Dawn couldn’t have been more helpful. We even had a guest visitor that we all loved, Melisse, the gentlest farm dog. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Steve and Dawn x

Had just the one night stay, as getting ferry to portsmouth Apartment about 12mins drive to ferry port Area of apartment very nice , with bakery and even visited the local bar for a drink Apartment had everything we needed

The host was very friendly and accommodating and responded very quickly. The space was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper, olive oil, and enough toilet paper. The bed was very comfortable. I was looking forward to the flowers on the terrace. They needed some water. In 5 minutes you were on the beach, the location is quiet, perfect for the dogs.

We were looking for a place with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and it was perfect and it met our expectations very well. The cottage is clean, simple and quiet comfort. Good welcome from Joël

Beautiful little cottage nestled at the back of the property. Very quiet environment, very wooded, with nature noises. A forest right around it. And a very clean, functional, tastefully arranged accommodation. There were 3 of us and we slept like dorms. Celine is very friendly and welcoming. We recommend it!

Suzan is very responsive and caring. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the coconut decoration of the chalet.
