Entire 54 m² apartment + roof terrace on the 4th floor completely refurbished, in a beautiful historic luxury building renovated with elevator and secure access, located in a large pedestrian street of the historic district 200 m from Place de Jaude (many amenities and restaurants). Very bright. Panoramic living room and terrace overlooking the Cathedral and Place de Jaude. Room with a view of Puy de Dôme in good weather. Tram and taxi 150 m away. Public parking lot 75 m away.

Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Bright apartment. Quality queen bed. Ideal for 2, but possible for 3 people with a bench as an extra bed in the living room (contact me).
