Ideal for lovers of quiet nature holidays (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) close to Lac du Salagou, and the Gorges de l'Hérault. 40 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Pezenas, 35 minutes from Montpellier. Out of respect for the quiet village, our house does not allow big parties.

In a charming village located a few minutes from Lake Salagou, on the red lands of the ruffes, this pretty vacation home is ideally located (approx. 2 km from Lake Salagou). Octon is a village that is both quiet and active, where life is good. Modern and comfortable, it will undoubtedly be the starting point for beautiful getaways to discover exceptional landscapes and sites. Swimming, canoeing, pedal boating, hiking, mountain biking, there are plenty of activities around the lake.

Bright and spacious refurbished accommodation of more than 75 m². It has 1 living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 beds (140 cm and 90 cm), a bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm), a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A workspace with an iMac computer is available. Outside you have a terrace with a two-seater table, a barbecue area with a 6-seater garden table. A pétanque court in front of the accommodation. The private parking can park two cars with a gate that closes.

Our cottage is set among the vineyards on the outskirts of our small wine village at the foot of the Larzac plateau. The cottage is built next to our wine shed and has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, private parking and swimming pool. 30 minutes away you will find three must-see sites: Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Cirque de Navacelles and Lac du Salagou – Cirque de Mourèze.
