Absolutely fantastic cabin! Great place and host, ready to come back & visit again.

Such a peaceful, cozy getaway. The cabin is small, but perfectly cozy for 1-2 adults or a couple adults with 1-2 kids. The recliner was my favorite spot indoors. Super comfy. The porch was amazing, but it rained 90% of the time I was there, so I didn't get to spend too much time out there. Wished the weather cooperated more. However, the view of the lake below is incredible. So peaceful. You can sit outside and listen to the birds all around and watch as hawks and buzzards soar above the lake. The sound of the rain on the roof inside made for a cozy night as well. It's only about 10 min drive to Monticello which has a Walmart and restaurants for food. Check out the Black Stallion Steakhouse if you want some good, hearty food. Depending on where you want to go, it's about 30 min - an hour to most trailheads in Big South Fork. Lots of natural arches and waterfalls. Holly was a gracious host. She made some great recommendations for nearby. I'd stay here again!

We were looking for a place to stay for a few days to go fishing. This home did not disappoint! The home was well stocked, very clean and had everything we needed and then some! The beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, the bedding and towels are nice. We have stayed at many places in the area, this by far was the best! The driveway is perfect for a boat which was a plus! All communication was on point, quick and friendly. We will be staying here from now on!!

Great house with a looped driveway. Would be great for a boat. House is really close to the lake and its harbor.
