Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
