Sefton Park villa 'Watson', Liverpool

Huge room as part of an entire space on the ground floor of a victorian house. We live on the 1st and 2nd floor, so we share a front door and hall. You have your own bathroom with roll top bath and shower. Own kitchen/diner with range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, and books. Next to Sefton Park & a 25 min walk into town (cathedrals and Hope Street). We have a springer spaniel called Olly and Lucy the cat. They will want to say hello and maybe hang out.
