Beautiful peaceful location on quiet country lane with stunning views. Lovely walks, 5 minutes from the Offa's dyke trail. 5 minute drive from Hay or 30 minute walk into Hay. Large gated parking area. Well behaved dogs welcome. Ground floor, private entrance to self contained flat. Large garden, with sole use of gazebo and balcony. Bike storage. Includes breakfast basket of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, yogurt, bread, butter, jam, fruit, fruit juice, biscuits, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Cosy accommodation for four in a small village. Access via external metal stairs to open plan living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two singles. Bedding and towels provided, electric heating in all rooms and free private off road parking. One mile from Hay-on-Wye (just over a mile away) with plenty of local walks.
