This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
