Monthly Rentals in Cockburnspath

This is a perfect start of my holiday. Spent a couple of days here to land in Scotland and de-stress. The accommodation is just perfect for that and makes you easily feel like home. The surroundings are silent and very peaceful. Although your very private, knowing that Liz is around is very nice to know. And Liz has thought of everything, and I'm not just saying. There is some ambivalency though to start your holiday here: Every accommodation from now on has to put up with this standard, and that won't be easy.

This upstairs apartment in a charming Scottish village gave us a peaceful, cozy home base while exploring the Dunbar area. We appreciated the high-speed internet, up-to-date appliances and super-comfy sofa. Robert is a very responsive, helpful host who answered all our questions promptly.

A lovely relaxing stay in this cottage. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Vanessa was very flexible and friendly. Lovely quiet hamlet with friendly and quiet neighbours. Great views out the back over the sea and listening to the bird song. I enjoyed a swim at Cove Harbour, fish and chips at Eyemouth, lovely walk at Abbey St Bathans to the broch (and a dip in the river at Elba), tea shop in Duns, and the church service and community shop in Cockburnspath.

We were visiting for a family wedding and were looking for a place for a group of adults. Caroline's place was absolutely ideal, cosy but with enough room for everyone to have their own space when they wanted. Spotlessly clean and those additional touches that make you feel really welcome when you arrive. The highlight has to be having your own private 'pub' - the snooker was a huge hit although my skills haven't improved at all! Great value for money and a fantastic place to stay - hopefully we'll be back someday!
