Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cocke County

Our stay was beautiful. Everything was comfy and accommodating. We mostly had everything we needed for our stay. We very much enjoyed ourselves in the outdoors walking, using the fire pit, and enjoying nature by the creek. There are other domes around but we felt it did not affect our privacy. There were some minor things we let the host know that could be improved but it did not affect our stay at all. If we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay at this beautiful place.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Between busy work and grad school schedules, it can often be difficult for my husband and I to find time to relax and unwind. As soon as we stumbled across Ken's place though, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! The quiet and secluded place created the perfect atmosphere for a rejuvenating weekend getaway. We were easily able to turn our phones off, and tune into the nature surrounding us on every side. We slept to the sounds of the waterfalls at night and sat outside to soak in the sunshine and beautiful scenery during the day. This property was truly one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed, and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you, Ken!!

Probably one of the best acquainted rentals we've ever stayed at. Clean, very nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. We checked in late and only stayed one night, so didn't have time to use much of the amenities but appreciated they were there. Highly recommend.

Staying at Bon Bon’s cabin was like staying with a friend! She had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time in the Gatlinburg area. The cabin was clean and had ample space for us to spread out. There were lots of extras (like board games) that allowed us to enjoy our family time there too. It was far enough away to keep us away from the crowds, but close enough to go to the attractions when we were ready. Bon Bon was very accommodating and helpful. She checked on us to make sure things were going well. We would definitely stay again!

Julie’s Haven was stunning. My husband and I went for a much needed weekend away and the view is absolutely jaw dropping as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect amount of space with such thoughtful touches in every corner. Julie has really thought of EVERYTHING! She was so responsive with any question I had or concern. We are already planning next year’s trip up. So gorgeous and restful. We made a hike over to the view point and soaked that in and dreamed of having a view like that one day. Just book it. It is luxury in the mountains!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for the 2nd time. The 1st time was our 1st glamping adventure. The Hut was beautiful and comfy, with a great heater and lots of blankets. The bed was so comfy and we loved looking out the clear ceiling in the morning, watching the squirrels play. All of the amenities were supplied. The outhouse was spotless and close. The cooking area was great, a wonderful fire and all we needed to cook. This is a farm, so you are surrounded by sheep, chickens, pigs. I loved listening to the animals. It's a wonderful space to rest, relax and have no cares!! Can't wait til our next time

This place is exactly as described and we loved it and did not want to leave . Never once did we feel like we were visiting but felt like home to us . The view is amazing, the holiday decorations made our vacation a dream come true . We wanted for nothing during our stay. I truly can’t even put into words the beauty and coziness this place offers. We will definitely stay here every time we visit.

We stayed in the Gypsy Cabin and it was perfect for 2! The location is awesome and the views are amazing. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and Janice was even better. This stay is made better by visiting with Janice, I promise you! I would come back here again and again in a heartbeat. The fireflies at night are like nothing we have ever seen!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the Smokies or just have a relaxing weekend! To start, we arrived after dark since we decided to do a hike in the Smokies before heading to the campsite and Mitch was super helpful! He set out a flashlight for navigating to the hut and gave very clear instructions so we did not miss our turn into the farm. The hut has everything you could need related to cooking and a few extra nice touches like candles and board games to play. The next day we spent pretty much the entire day in the Smokies doing hikes and at Ober Mountain which I also highly recommend (cheap for a lot of different activities and scenic views). That night we came back and cooked foil packet dinners and s'mores over the fire and it was perfect and very easy to get the fire going considering Mitch has plenty of dry wood to use. Lastly, we threw some axes and slept under the stars with our dog! The showers were also insanely nice for a campsite as well. 100/10 stars
