Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is an attractive Georgian family house in the village of Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. The property is approached via a driveway with parking at the rear. "The Hayloft" sleeping two with ensuite can also be booked if required. Access available from the cottage.

The Barn is a beautifully refurbished retreat in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park. Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The Barn is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps two adults and two children. It has a small garden, unique open living space incorporating the kitchen and lounge, lobby, shower room and large bedroom. The Barn is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.

Our studio has its own private entrance and key lock box. Inside there is a fully fitted kitchen, large flat screen TV, 2 seater recliner sofa, dining area, king sized bed(or can be split into 2 single beds with prior notice) en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries and towels plus a decent hairdryer.
