Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities. Top floor beach front apartment overlooking picturesque Limeslade Bay with uninterupted panoramic views to Swansea and Devon. Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below.
