Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Entire Unit. Double Bed (4ft6ins X 6ft3ins), & a single sofa bed. Single bed area with a comfy single bed. Separate Kitchen & Bathroom; Bath & Shower. Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities. Seascape also has an attached garage' possibility to house motorbike, bicycles, watersport equipment etc ..please ask for more details.

Set in Swansea with Cathedral Church of St Joseph and Liberty Stadium nearby, Hiks offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.The apartment comes fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. the bedroom facilities are equipped with bed linen and towels. Cosy 2 bed house in a great location. The house is close to all amenities including the city centre, Swansea university, the Gower, Mumbles, Singleton hospital, the parks and more. The house is light, airy and modern. It has recently been updated and decorated with a new log burner added. It has a South facing garden which is a nice little sun trap. It is ideal for a staycation, a weekend break or a short term rental. A real home away from home.

Cheerful bright one bedroom self contained Annex with funky spiral staircase. Enter flat through private entrance into the kitchen / dining room. The spiral stairs lead up to a small double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Located in Mount Pleasant - just above Swansea city centre. Walk 12 to 15 mins down the steep hill to get to the shops, restaurants, bus station etc. Single person bookings only please.
