Villa holiday rentals in Coconut Grove, Miami

This is a wonderful place for family. The house is kind of like a maze walk through. It was a lot of space for 15 people. We enjoyed the outdoor space. Overall it was a great stay.

This worked out great for our group of 8. Spacious, clean and super communication. Very responsive to anything we needed when we were there. Beautiful spot on the inter coastal waterway.

Hoover is an ideal host. The place is a Mediterranean/tropical mix oasis in a very safe and upscale neighbourhood with parking slot and easy connection. Hoover made us feel at home immediately and kept being open for communication during all stay.

When I arrived, it was dark. I finally located the entry and lockbox, but had I not had a flashlight packed, I would have been in deep trouble. Therefore, I would like to suggest a motion light be installed for just such nighttime arrivals. The recessed entry way picks up no light from the parking lot, it made it difficult to get to the keys and it was only 8:00 PM. I love the location on the lake, it's very calming. Parking is good. The house could definitely use some more lighting, it tends to be dark.

Extremely satisfied and grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Alejandro’s place. He was delightful the entire time & even called before my visit to see if my children needed anything in addition to what was already offered. 10/10 would recommend and would be glad to stay again in the future.

The hosts were very accommodating and answered very fast always. They let us drop off our bags early and then let us check in right when they were done cleaning. It was my joint bach trip and we had 12 of us. they offered us extra beds so everyone was able to sleep very comfortably. there was 3 beautiful full bathrooms as well and a laundry room. The private backyard was very luxurious and equipped with a lot of features. back patio with lots of seating, beautiful pool, XL chess board, grill, beach volleyball, lounge chairs. The master bed was very comfortable. The only thing i can think of to recommend would be more counter space in the rooms & bathrooms somehow. i didn’t have any in the master bed/bath rooms. shelves in the closet would be super super helpful. or maybe even a small dresser somewhere? Another thing i did love though was the mirrors throughout the house were all large & very nice. overall i would def recommend staying here

I cannot say enough positive things about Pascal and Jacomina’s Miami pool oasis! We had 7 of us there for my bachelorette and we all slept comfortably. They helped my maid of honor with the decorations, and even stopped by to say hello and introduce themselves! We had everything we needed which was great too. The backyard is a dream! Highly recommend booking this place!

The house was great! Exactly like the photos and very spacious for a family of 4. The amenities were great, lots of toiletries offered which was a great touch. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the patio area. Neighborhood is safe and nice. Only 40-ish mins away from the Everglades National Park. Thank you for the thoughtful touches and the welcome gift! Wonderful stay, great hosts, and would absolutely book again.

Great place to stay! Clean and spacious house. Outdoor space was nice. A quick uber ride to all the places we needed to be in Miami.

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay! Lot's of space if there are a lot of guests, but still has a cozy feel if there are only a few people. The hot tub is wonderful, and being right next to the river is nice. It is such a short drive from the airport, but doesn't feel like it.

This place was so beautiful! Lovely back area space. Even with other guests in the duplex beside us it was more than accommodating! There were a few minor issues I did have and I wound up needing to check out early, but the hosts were so understanding and very easy to communicate with despite anything going on. Made the whole thing as easy as possible and even refunded me for having to leave early. I really really loved this property and wish I could have stayed longer!

Andres home was perfect, it fit all of us comfortably, clean, and well equipped. I’m always skeptical looking at photos of Airbnb knowing they won’t look exactly like the photos. Agustin was a very responsive and accommodating host—he answered all of our questions quickly and was super understanding. The location was peaceful and convenient, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. This Airbnb was amazing. Even better than the pictures. The backyard was so beautiful we didn’t even want to leave. It felt like a tropical oasis. I will definitely be returning!

My cousin and his friends visited Cerra’s place for his birthday and they had an amazing time. She is a great host, very friendly and responsive answered any questions we had and made our trip a breeze. Cerra’s place was wonderful. The house and location are beautiful and easy to get around downtown. We had a wonderful weekend in Miami would definitely visit her place again.
