Monthly Rentals in Cocos Island

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We had phenomenal experience staying at this Airbnb in Asan, Guam! The studio unit was absolutely delightful, with thoughtful small touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything that Asan has to offer. While a vehicle is a must to get around, it was well worth it to have the freedom to explore the island at my own pace. Almar, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our plans changed many times while we’re there and I’m sure we were a bit a of a headache for her but she was incredibly gracious, flexible and helpful along the way. The studio was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Asan, Guam. I cannot speak enough to how wonderful Ani is as a host. She’s responsive, respectful, helpful, and very sweet. By far the most accommodating host I’ve ever encountered on this app. I would happily direct anyone to this space, be it a short visit, or a long term stay. 10/10 would recommend!
