Very bright duplex apartment in the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse, it is a refurbished duplex. It is located on the market square with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...) The main entrance to the house is shared with an office (health professional). The 1st level of the apartment is furnished with a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an entrance area. The bedroom is on the 2nd level. The apartment is very quiet, very bright.

The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Independent access to the studio on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The price does not include linen (duvet cover, pillow case, fitted sheet and towels, etc.) or cleaning. Kayak rental available for a 2 to 3 hour trip on the Semnon river, adjoining the studio. Possibility of renting the Grand gîte du Moulin next door on request.
