Suite has large bedroom with queen size bed and small setting area and TV. Large living room with TV and small working desk area. Private bathroom with tub and shower. You have the use of Upper Deck and Lower Patio area, shared area. You have excellent view of the St. Frances Xavier Basilica from the living room. Close to downtown shopping, parks, and restaurants.

Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage.
