A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Ideale per trascorrere le vacanze estive ed invernali, tra escursioni, canyoning, mountain bike, arrampicata, trekking. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

La Chambrette, studio sur les hauteurs de Cogne

Studio simple mais agréable et lumineux, parfait pour une personne qui désire passer des vacances tranquilles. Le logement est situé au premier (et dernier) étage d'une maison typique de montagne, il dispose d'une entrée indépendante et est pourvu d'un grand balcon. Situé sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, il se trouve à quelques pas du centre (5 min. par le raccourci piéton), du départ des sentiers et des pistes (ski de fond et alpin).

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!

Casa Petit Paradis

Een alleenstaand huisje, gelegen in het dorp Sylvenoire, midden in het natuurreservaat van de ‘Gran Paradiso’. Sylvenoire is een kleine ‘Borgato’ in de vallei van Cogne, en ligt op 1350m hoogte, boven het dorp ‘Vieyes’. Het huisje is ideaal voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust. De tuin geeft uit op het natuurreservaat en je ziet er alle dagen dieren lopen in de vrije natuur.
