F1 Close to beaches and quiet

Ideally located, at the edge of the Coti-Chiavari state forest and 500 m from the beaches, near the Plage d'Argent (ideal for children because the sand is very fine and you can walk very far) of the Mare e Sole beach (3 minutes by car) with its large rock that serves as a diving board for all swimmers and many beaches within a 10-minute drive: Portigglioli, Rupione, Isolella. The F1 was completely redone in 2015.

Beautiful new stone house of 200 m2, with two huge terraces, overlooking the village of Sallocaro, composed of 4 bedrooms with 10 beds (high-end bedding), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, plus an outdoor shower. Separate bedroom with 140 bed and large storage closet. Bathroom with cabinet and toilet. Cellar with washing machine, storage, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc... 20 min drive to Ajaccio and only 5 min walk to Agosta beach and all local shops.
