Located in the center the newly World Heritage area, this apartment is the best starting point to discover the city of Coimbra. The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.

We also have to offer super fast Wi-Fi, as well as cable connection in all rooms, living room and balcony. We also have flat-screen cable TV in all rooms with more than 100 channels. The house has central heating system.

Casinha da Maria is very cozy and comfortable, consisting of two small bedrooms, a comfortable and inviting living room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. It has undergone a recent and complete remodeling, and is equipped with air-conditioning and hi-fi.

In the heart of the old roman, arab and medieval town, there is a XIX th century facade concealing and displaying a lot of this neighbourhood history! The apartment has a modern design and a great complicity/respect, about the original architecture. He is surrounded by museums, old churches, bohemian cafes, typical shops, restaurants and pleasant views.

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
