Monthly Rentals in Coki Beach

My kids & I had the most amazing week in the USVI. As a first timer to the island, Mae's guide & recommendations were a huge help. Her communication before the trip helped ensure we were properly prepared, and her responsiveness during our trip really helped us navigate any hiccups and got us right back to enjoying our trip in paradise. The place was as described and accurately portrayed in the listing photos. The unit worked great for the 3 of us. I loved the proximity to the lower pool & the waterside restaurant (Sun & Sea Bar & Grill). The restaurant was fantastic by the way, and incredibly convenient -- where you could dine out without really leaving. I highly recommend a trip to St. Thomas. And if you book with Mae, I have no doubt she'll take good care of you.

I like these locations for local staycations. I have stayed with Dell multiple times and look forward to staying again. Locations are private, can be noisy but it’s quiet MOST times from my experience, and just a minute walk away from my favorite beach. Coki Point. I definitely recommend if these are some of the things you’re looking for!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria and John’s Airbnb in Point Pleasant Resort. The condo was clean and the host answered a question before we arrived related to an allergy in our party. You receive a parking permit to use at the gate during the duration of your stay. The nature trails leading to the beach are well-maintained and the small Sugar Beach onsite is very secluded and peaceful. We took advantage of the on-site restaurant and laundry room. We also used the condo as a launching off point for exploring all of St Thomas and some of St John. One highlight was taking the Champagne Sunset Sailing Cruise on the “Snorkel Cat” catamaran that departs from Margaritaville next door. The only minor challenge is that there is limited parking and some tight spaces but we always managed to get a spot (even with a giant Jeep rental). The view from the balcony was by far the highlight. It was always beautiful!

Clean room with private patio. Communication with Host was great. Easy to locate and get to/from. Would definitely stay again.
