Monthly Rentals in Colac Bay / Ōraka

Great place to relax! Small, quiet town with plenty of walking paths along the beach. Unit was extremely well equipped and the hosts were friendly and considerate. Small, friendly, and loud dog greets you twice a day at your door as unit shares the backyard with the owner.

We stayed here with our 3 children and had such an amazing time. They loved just popping over the road to the beach and we made use of the outdoor fire pit for a night of smore making. Generous sized bedrooms and a lovely view from each one. Amazing bird life and even had a visit from the farmers gorgeous dog who waltzed in through the laundry door! The sunrises are amazing and great to watch from the rocking chairs in the main bedroom. Lots of beaches and kid friendly walks to check out in the area, our kids were well entertained for the 3 days we stayed. Can't wait to come back again!

Such a relaxing home to enjoy with the family and the dog. We loved the garden, the hot tub, and the views! We hope to come back again soon.

We loved our stay in Colac Bay. Bach is very modern and warm with a lovey view of the sea. We felt so relaxed after our stay and would recommend this spot to all.
